The Eastern Shores Revell group needs more BigY DNA Testers to break down the SNP to closer to Randall Revell 1613, as of right now we have two Revell’s down in Australia and One Descendant from Randall Revell 1613 who matches up in BigY DNA Testing. We do have a descendant from Levin Revell who was in Tyrell County, NC in the 1790’s Census who did a YDNA test and matched up to the Revell from Randall Revell 1613 and the two men from Australia but hasn’t yet upgraded to the BigY. Levin Revell is a descendant from Charles Revell and Sarah Curtis through their son Randall Revell. Some researchers keep putting this Charles as a O-BY60500 man, but YDNA has proven that this Charles Revell was a R-FT388383 man. It was great to prove that this Revell group is different than the Henrico Revell Group. Both of these lines come from British, and I would believe that if we were to get more people from England and Ireland people to do YDNA Testing, they would match up to either one of these two British Groups.
